The Site
With prominent I-30 visibility, the site is both highly visible and easily accessed by the new interchange completed in 2019. There is an established retail-rich area less than two miles to the west, and growing residential growth to both the north and south of the project site.

Our Phase 1 - Fit Sport Life project is a 85,000 SF building that contains volleyball, basketball, cheer, sports healthcare, physical therapy and performance training all under a single roof. Designed as a holistic environment for all things sports, health and wellness, the Fit Sport Life project will serve the larger Rockwall community of athletes and their families.
